1. What WheelZhaven provides
WheelZhaven provides vehicle listing, discovery, comparison, and enquiry features, focused on pre-owned cars, small trucks, and two-wheelers in Andhra Pradesh. Automotive parts are planned for a later stage. The website provides information and support; it does not currently provide public web listing accounts or store downloads.
2. Inspection and transactions
WheelZhaven does not process purchases, deposits, or payments in the app. Inspect the vehicle and original documents, verify ownership and transfer requirements, and agree on the final price and transaction terms directly with the relevant seller. Do not treat listing information, a document-review label, or a seller’s statement as a substitute for independent checks.
3. Accounts and seller access
Provide accurate account details, keep access credentials secure, and use only accounts and phone numbers you control. Seller publishing requires the applicable verification and seller-activation process. Do not share seller invitation codes or use another person’s identity.
4. Listing and communication responsibilities
Only list vehicles or items you own or are authorized to offer. Descriptions, photos, condition details, and contact information must be accurate. You must have permission to upload the photos, videos, and documents you submit. Remove or update listings that are unavailable or misleading.
Do not submit stolen goods, fraudulent offers, unlawful content, abusive messages, malware, discriminatory content, or unnecessary personal information. Do not impersonate another person or try to bypass account and access restrictions.
5. Moderation and access
We may review reported content and restrict accounts or listings where needed to protect users or respond to misuse. You can report a listing, account, or message through support. A verification label reflects a review of submitted information, not a promise that a vehicle is defect-free or suitable for your purpose.
6. Availability and third parties
Features may change or be temporarily unavailable during development, maintenance, or service interruptions. External services, including maps, messaging, video providers, and app stores, have their own terms. Public mobile downloads will be linked only once released.
